Of course, using good supplements is not what weight loss is all about. If you go for pills only, without changing your lifestyle to a certain extent, you are bound to fail. Here I have compiled a number of important points that you must take into consideration when you are starting out.
As usual, I´m no big fan of self starvation or some extreme dieting. These things are stuff that anyone can do without much effort:
- Drink a lot of water. Cut down on drinks with a lot of sugar content like iced tea and carbonated refreshments. In addition to that, you also have to lessen your alcohol intake.
- Replace your regular meals with fruits or vegetables. You will have sufficient fiber, vitamins and other nutrients if you do so.
- Plan the food that you will buy before going to the market. Include foods that are natural and wholesome. Avoid eating foods with preservatives because these are not healthy.
- When preparing your meals, you have to include beans and other fiber rich foods. These should take half of your plate. You also have to eat ample amount of protein found in meat. Do not forget to also moderately eat foods rich in carbohydrates.
- Replace your full meals with four to six mini meals in a day.
